Returns, Exchanges & Digital Product Policy
At Jodu Designs, each item is created especially for you. Because our products are made to order and many of our offerings are digital downloads, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Physical Products
All physical products are custom-made upon ordering. For this reason:
- Returns are not accepted.
- Exchanges are not accepted.
- Order cancellations are not accepted after an order has been submitted.
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued for digital products.
- No exchanges are available for digital products.
- Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution when applicable.
