Thank you for shopping with Jodu Designs! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing All physical products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may vary during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times Estimated shipping times after production: United States: 3–7 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days from order date.

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Delays Jodu Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Postal service disruptions
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing
• Carrier delays
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed or shipped, Jodu Designs is not responsible for lost packages, shipping delays, or additional shipping charges required for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Jodu Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly and check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Jodu Designs Contact Page. Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Digital Products Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. No physical item will be mailed for digital download purchases.
